Our founder's former studio, reworked by Bughouse MKE and Form Interiors into a calm, blue-lit room for neighbors and creatives.

How it started
From a cart to Murray Ave.
Andrew and Jose serve coffee from their cart at an Unfinished Legacy pop-up in New York City. The idea for Blue Hour takes shape.
Blue Hour soft-opens to the public at a Cars & Coffee pop-up.
Opening weekend brings more than 1,200 visitors through the door.
